About Adam Cassis

Adam M. Cassis, MD is a board certified neurotologist practicing at Arizona Hearing & Balance Center. Prior to joining Arizona Hearing & Balance Center, he practiced at an academic institution for six years where he served as Director of Otology/Neurotology as well as the Director of the Cochlear Implant Program. He completed his residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at West Virginia University School of Medicine and his fellowship in neurotology at the prestigious House Ear Clinic - USC School of Medicine in Los Angeles, CA. He specializes in the treatment of chronic ear disease, cholesteatomas, hearing loss, facial paralysis/facial nerve disorders, dizziness/vertigo, tinnitus, and other surgeries of the ear and skull base. Dr. Cassis' expertise and interests also include the medical and surgical treatment of Ménière's disease and cochlear implantation for the treatment of advanced hearing loss. Dr. Cassis also specializes in the evaluation and treatment of acoustic neuroma/vestibular schwannoma, glomus tumors, as well as other skull base tumors, including patients with neurofibromatosis type 2. Dr. Cassis has given multiple presentations and written many publications concerning the latest technology and treatments in otology and neurotology, making him one of the most respected and qualified experts in this field.
