Background
About Adam Chebbi
I’m a Dubai-based founder-operator with 11+ years building and scaling digital platforms and businesses across MENA, Turkey, and SEA. My edge is the mix: product thinking to define what to build and why, commercial leadership to grow revenue through partnerships, and operating rigor to make execution predictable through cadence, governance, and KPIs.Highlights: • Scaled a B2C platform from zero to 300K MAUs and partners, raised funds (angels/VCs), and exited via acquisition. • Led multi-market strategy and operations across UAE, KSA, and Egypt, owning performance cadence, forecasting, and cross-functional delivery. • Built and rebuilt teams (product, engineering, commercial) across markets and delivered measurable improvements in retention and profitability (revenue churn decreased by 5 points, GP increased by 10 points).I’m strongest in roles that require strategy-to-execution ownership, senior stakeholder management, and building systems that scale across product, commercial, and operations.
