I work for Southwest Airlines as a ramp agent at Phx and I love it.I have worked for military sealift command witch is logistics for the government for 12years but retired as of 2019. I used to supervise the deck hands and supervise able seamen,operate cranes, forklifts and the unrep equipment on the government supply ships. A big thing to me is to mentor people with autism in the work place,since I have a form of it.i feel someone has to be a advocate in the work place to show people with autism can succeed since people have a issue sometimes having people with that disability.I feel we can’t succeed in the work place and I want management or executives in the workplace to see the good in us and be height up in my job to hire more people like us in the workplace
