About Adam Cleave

I am a Level 6 Cyber Operations Apprentice, employed by CSA Cyber and studying with the University of Gloucestershire. Founded in 2013, CSA Cyber provides cyber consultancy and managed services that help to detect, protect and educate against cyber threats. We have built our team from a foundation of public and private sector experienced specialists, all holding current and relevant cyber certifications. Today our core services are based around a 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) based in Gloucester, while also providing trusted and professional cyber consultancy advice and guidance to clients. Since a strategic investment in 2020, CSA Cyber has been a part of the FluidOne family, where it acts as the cyber centre of excellence. The addition of CSA Cyber to its portfolio strengthens FluidOne’s secure Connected Cloud Solutions offering of IT, cyber, and comms services, which strive to empower businesses to thrive confidently in the AI era. During July 2023, I was thrilled to attend a week long work experience placement at North Tower Consulting in Cheltenham, exploring various areas of the Cyber world. In addition to this, I received my SCQF Level 6 qualification through my CyberFirst Advanced programme week at UWE in August 2023. This was a phenomenal experience and has significantly influenced my drive to join the Cyber industry. Outside of academics, I have a keen interest in aviation - I have visited multiple flight schools and flown simulators (such as the B737 MAX and the DA-42). I also enjoy going to the gym. In the summer of 2023, I spent 3 weeks in South Korea representing my County as a Patrol Leader at the 25th World Scout Jamboree with Scouts from across the world. I had successfully raised over to fund this incredible experience.
