Adam is a veteran sales and marketing executive, award-winning brand builder, entrepreneur and fast moving consumer goods leader. Adam currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Decibel Cannabis Company (TSX-V: dB), a publicly traded, consumer-focused, cannabis company focused on delivering products that delight consumers through a commitment to robust innovation and product quality. In this role, Adam leads commercial strategy, marketing, product development, revenue generation and business development for domestic and international markets. As an early adopter of the cannabis industry, Adam brings over 15 years of experience in regulated consumer-packaged good commercial strategy, sales, marketing and business integration. Prior to Decibel, Adam spent 8 years at Anheuser-Busch InBev’s Canadian business unit, Labatt Breweries of Canada. Adam’s passion for creating impactful consumer experiences, brands and innovative products has led to a career of demonstrated results in profitability, revenue growth, award winning brands and products.
