A seasoned professional in the Norwegian material handling and automation industry, with a robust background in sales management (B2C, B2B, B2G), strategy, coupled with expertise in systems and contract management. As a lifelong learner and having studied at some of the top universities in the world, my focus always lies on driving innovation and growth in the industry. With a keen eye for identifying opportunities and a strategic mindset, ensuring efficiency and excellence. A believer in the power of positive and reinforcing cultures of growth, taking a sportsmanlike view to business development - looking at improvement possibilities in each step and from all angles, combining strategic foresight with hands-on expertise to propel the organization towards success in a rapidly evolving market. Some notable achievements this mindset has lead to include: Sales Sales management roles in my early 20s after winning multiple awards in field sales in Norway and across Europe Turned around low-performing sales departments to top performance In Key Account Management:> Crossed and far surpassed the milestone of >1 billion NOK in contract value won under my lead.> multiple all-time highs in units sold and revenue (2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023)> successfully spearheaded key account tender work and strategy, won and renewed multiple "class A customers", many of which my employer never held before. Military Entrusted the highest leader position available to draftees in the Swedish Armed Forces (eq. to Captain's rank). The role combined operative staff responsibility for 49 whilst spearheading full-circle logistics planning and coordination of all support-functions for a full company of 200 draftees. Other Chairman & Vice-Chairman roles in a variety of military liason boards (past). A professional public speaker (Small groups and over 200 people, and multiple toastmaster events) Technically-minded SoMe Marketing - helped many clients from low following to many 10 While I am currently in a business commitment, I am always open to network and make new business contacts.
