One day I encountered a writing on the wall: ‘Question everything!’ Below someone added: ‘Why?’ That is how I understand marketing. It is about asking right questions and understanding how do people think and why do they make certain decisions. I have been working in pharmaceutical business for over 10 years. I have achieved many goals in sales and I am still fascinated by the way the brands grow, deal with roadblocks and carry values. I have observed how they impact physicians’ and patients’ lives. I have learned the business perspective. Consequently, I dived deeply into a pharmaceutical marketing and started working as a brand manager. I combine three components of success in pharma marketing: a will and ability to learn and use competencies, a team-playing approach with effective and friendly communication skills and a positive, hard-working attitude. I am passionate about self-development, so I work on strengthening all these values every day.
