I'm responsible for the Electrical/Automation work that takes place on the Anneal Pickling Line at Cleveland Cliffs in Rockport, IN. This includes the day-to-day preventative maintenance for line which pickles Stainless Steel. I have also planned and supervised multiple projects which required constant interaction with outside contractors as well as maintenance personnel. I have worked with several PLC platforms including Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE Fanuc & Alstom/Cegelac. I have experience with Drives including component troubleshooting and replacement for multi-cabinet drives. I have experience using 4-20ma loop controls with components such as Yokogawa, Fischer, Flow Serve, Omhart Vega, Honeywell, MTS temposonics and many others. I also have experience with strip steering systems, tension controls (loadcells, loadbolts, etc) Bridle control & Gas Furnaces.
