About Adam Donovan

Chartered building surveyor with nearly fifteen years practical experience as well as BTEC qualification in construction to HNC level. From trainee surveyor to present day, I have had a strong level of responsibility, managing maintenance delivery across a large region of domestic and commercial buildings. I have benefited from a good customer service background that I have used effectively in my customer facing role. During my time spent at college, I have gained further technical knowledge and experience in many areas, such as construction management and building surveying which has benefited my all-round knowledge in my career in construction. I have successfully delivered an annual planned investment programme on time and on budget as part of my building surveyor role. This was decided from a number of nominations from my peers on my performance as the new area maintenance surveyor. I was then fast tracked to the full post of Maintenance Surveyor from trainee within four months of starting the role. This was from completing and demonstrating core competencies set out in the trainee role.
