About Adam Doty

I am a Physical Education Teacher and Sports Performance Coach with a proven track record in both education and athletics, working primarily with K–5 students while also supporting middle and high school athletes in physical education and athletic development. I am passionate about creating engaging lessons that foster lifelong fitness habits while applying data-driven approaches to optimize athletic performance. My expertise in exercise physiology, sports performance analytics, and athletic technology operations enables me to utilize performance data and technology to enhance training efficiency, mitigate injury risk, and support long-term athlete development. I hold a Master of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, and my academic background, combined with hands-on teaching and coaching experience, allows me to bridge the gap between education and performance science to help students and athletes thrive at every level.
