About Adam Douglas
From working in commercial food processing and boutique jewellery sales, to Off-Shore Trust and Company Administration on the Isle of Man in my early career. To retraining to be an Electrician and running my own successful property maintenance company having relocated back to the mainland Uk after the arrival of my beautiful daughter in my early 30’s. To now being 5 years into my new career as a (hopefully) soon to be CIMA qualified accountant for a Top 40 Law firm, my career journey has spanned many industries. When I’m not working or studying I love to cook and spend time with my family, I have a passion for Art and creative writing and am currently half way through my second novel. I have recently in to brewing my own beer and preserving various picked accompaniments. I’m blessed to have a wonderful loving family and to be working for a progressively inclusive firm who have and continued to support my in my career and study journey. Life with “Mental Health” issues and severe Dyslexia is and will always be a struggle, but with my family at home and my family work I know that nothing is impossible and that is why I keep going
