As the Vice President of Marketing Operations, I own the global Marketing Technology stack and lead the Centre of Excellence for: Data Management & Reporting, PO & Vendor Management, Lead-flow Management & Customer Insights. With over 20 years of experience in digital product and innovation, I'm responsible of supporting our global Marketing organisation, across multiple solutions, in delivering continued strategic growth ambitions of our business. My mission is to enable strong revenue growth, reduce cost, and significantly improve customer experience through end-to-end digital strategy management. I leverage my skills in digital marketing, product development, market expansion, partner relationship, and agile delivery to deliver on this mission. I also work across global markets, ensuring harmony within the intercompany communications and system implementations. I am passionate about continuous improvement using market knowledge, competitor research, customer analysis, data/analytics, innovation, and team motivation.
