As a dynamic systems engineering and operations leader, I effectively assess business needs and challenges to identify solutions that account for complex interdependencies and create synergies among teams with disparate priorities. At Ansys, I built, developed, and continue to lead a legal operations team that leverages data and advanced technologies to deliver on strategic priorities for the multinational engineering simulation software company. In this role, I provide strategic vision for the adoption of process optimization and project management initiatives that positively impact enterprise operations through efficiency gains and cost savings. Examples of my work include > Introduced systems engineering thinking into the legal operations skillset while establishing and refining the role of a legal operations team within Ansys in order to support efficiency gains and strategic growth.> Designed, and launched a function-wide intake and request tracking system at Ansys, automating routing, minimizing errors, reducing delays, and creating the foundation of data collection and reporting for the firm.> Served as Project Manager at Highmark, leading project teams that delivered initiatives that created six- and seven-figure impact; optimized adoption of process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and change management strategies via effective communication and leadership skills.> Created a single-source dashboard and KPIs in support of a claims resolution initiative implemented across multiple functional areas while maintaining the integrity of individual systems at Highmark. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Systems Engineering through Colorado State University with a strong focus on researching transportation electrification. As a result, I am highly motivated to pursue opportunities in energy transitions and renewables, including EV Technology, EV Transition Infrastructure, and Rural EV Energy Supply. My areas of expertise include Lean Six Sigma (black belt), AI, resource optimization, and leadership and development.
