About Adam Eden

Founder of Eden Collective, Adam Eden, son of legendary ‘60s surf photographer Jack Eden, was born with a camera in his hand, but rather than follow directly in his father’s footsteps, he progressed in to moving pictures. Fast-forward to today, and Adam is now a Director of Photography (DOP) of note, having been recognised and awarded by the ACS (Australian Cinematographer Society) on numerous occasions. Over his 30yrs in business, Adam has developed skills far beyond just working as a DOP, and is now a highly proficient technical director, editor, CSI accredited colourist, and executive producer. In 2020, Adam achieved his international accreditation as a CSI colourist. In 2021, after 3 arduous years of study, attained a Masters of business MBA (marketing/ consumer behaviour). In 2021, Graduated as an accredited mediator with the Australian Dispute Centre (NMAS). Having spent many years working in Asia including Tokyo Japan/ Thailand/ Indonesia and Vietnam. Adam’s abilities for finding the right directors/ team for your project ensure that your result is produced not only cost effectively but finished to the highest level possible. This multi-skilled mindset is reflected in those who work alongside him, meaning that every single one of his colleagues and staff, an turn their hand to a variety of skills within the production process, which, most importantly, results in huge cost savings which are passed on to his many clients. Eden Collectives resources includes an arsenal of all the latest Arri camera’s, lenses, grip, Russian arm tracking vehicle and lighting equipment, along with the latest post production technology including Avid, Protools, 2d, 3D, Flame VFX and Davinci 4kHDR mastering. Founder of Eden Collective, a Dolby Vision certified facility that specialises in Dolby vision 4k HDR production and mastering services. Qualified and experienced in cinematography, video editing, audio engineering, colour timing (Da Vinci colourist), Steadicam, media strategy, buying and marketing. Produced countless TV commercials, music videos and content pieces. Proven strategist in retail/ direct response marketing and business management. Over 25yrs experience in creative/ media buying/ placement and strategy.
