As the Head of Client Solutions at Mortgage Automator, I lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional technical support, product expertise, and client enablement across our growing user base in Canada, the U.S, Australia, and New Zealand. I manage both our Technical Solutions Team, which serves as the frontline of advanced support and implementation, and our Technical Escalations Team (internally focused on deeper platform investigations, complex client issues, and cross-functional problem-solving). Together, our goal is to ensure every client experience is efficient, solution-driven, and aligned with the evolving needs of private lenders in today’s market. With a strong foundation in SaaS operations, I work closely with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to close feedback loops, advocate for our clients, and drive continuous improvement in our software and services. I’m passionate about building teams that thrive on curiosity, accountability, and client impact — and I enjoy helping people grow into roles where they can take ownership and advance their careers.
