About Adam Eisenstein

I manage the global recruiting branding strategy for The Boston Consulting Group, responsible for strategic brand development, as well as management and coordination for recruiting branding activities worldwide. What I do is an interesting intersection of branding, marketing, HR project management, social media, and communications. Previously, I was Director of Employer Branding and Marketing at McGraw Hill Financial, where I led the organization to its first Candidate Experience Award by The Talent Board.(see link below) I have a passion for storytelling in all forms, and a background in theater and film. I also have experience in social media & community management, strategic communications planning, internal communications, content management, speechwriting, and issues management.
