About Adam Florence

As head of all artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and data science, I bring extensive experience with delivering models of any complexity, including up to large neural networks and LLMs. Broad experience with all banking risk stripes. My background includes modelling for mortgage backed securities and associated hedges, including bonds, swaps, futures, and options, and real-time market data analysis. I enjoy going beyond the numbers to use my communication skills to explain complex mathematical concepts to bank management, auditors, regulators, and other business partners. I also enjoy on- boarding, training, developing, and mentoring others, including teaching finance, math, and software development. I’ve successfully led teams of 14 in daily mission-critical tasks. My work style is characterized by flexibility, detail-orientation, and commitment to quality and accuracy.
