I am an experienced learning and development professional with 15+ years of demonstrated success in creating and delivering comprehensive training programs within the insurance industry. Throughout my career, I have continuously worked to improve training effectiveness and align training needs with short-term and long-range business goals. My most recent success can be seen with NJM Insurance Group as the Senior Training Coordinator. In this role, I support both the Personal Lines department goals, as well as ensure individual career progression of department staff and leaders. Earlier in my career, I introduced the first-ever non-audio e-Learning course at State Farm, which is still in use today. I am an analytical and attentive leader, who manages the end-to-end project lifecycle.
