Murrow Awards, building custom motion graphics and shaping every narrative beat. Rolled out Bitcentral (Newsroon computer system) across a 65-person newsroom, training editorial and production teams with zero disruption to live output. Founded and led Ponytail Productions, creating emotionally resonant content for organizations like the American Red Cross, YMCA, and Yale New Haven Hospital.
