Account Manager at Group GTI - In short, I work closely with employers and help them to successfully achieve their annual attraction objectives, targets and goals. Offering a consultative approach, I'm able to advise employers on how to best utilise the GTI platform and its capabilities in order to. Build brand awareness, making them an employer of choice, from first year students right the way through to final year students. Hire well – focusing on what’s important to them as an employer, from particular skills, diversity needs, right down to their core values. Help with hard reach and hire areas through Events, ED & I Targeting, Assessment Centres, Screening and Resource Support. Help with campus engagement through our Career Discovery Feed, now switched on in 58 UK Universities.
