I am a dedicated professional who seeks to provide timely, collaborative, and reliable appraisal reports and advisory services to a wide range of stakeholders across a variety of commercial real estate asset classes. With a decade of experience I have had the opportunity to appraise a wide and unique range of assets in Alberta and Western Canada. My focus is primarily on industrial, multi-family, retail, and special use assets; over the course of my career my team and I have completed over one thousand high quality appraisal reports for both owner-users and private landlords. I have also had the opportunity to appraise unique assets such as the Rocky Mountain Motorsports Facility, Calgary Climbing Centre, Cannabis Production Facilities, Golf Courses, Casinos, and Automotive Dealerships.
