About Adam Hanley

With over 20 years experience in the IT industry working through all stages of ITIL with some of the most influential and successful clients in the industry. I'm currently looking to expand on my existing experience and skills, which ranges from advanced problem solving with practice and training from Kepner Tregoe, as well as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Technical Leadership and Mentoring, Network Troubleshooting, Memory Debugging, Programming, System Administration, Web Hosting Solutions, E-Mail Messaging Platforms, and System Performance Analysis, Database Administration, Quality Software Testing, and Knowledge Base Content Creator. Roles which I may be suitable for are: DevOps, System Engineer, System Management, Configuration Management, Team Management, Application Management, Software Quality Testing, Database Administration, Trainer. My short term goal is to continue studying PRINCE2 Foundation and PMBOK to become familiar with all aspects of Project Management and then write my Project Management Professional designation from PMI once I've accumulated enough Project Management experience. Some quality traits I possess are constantly learning and developing, effective communicator, agile, analytical, problem solver and decisive, leader and resolver, relational, social, mobile, time oriented and task oriented, I believe these traits/qualities make me a strong candidate that could contribute to any organizations success. My passion in life is to learn and share information and foster the growth of both myself and those around me and contribute in any way possible to an organization and or project's success.
