About Adam Hashchyshyn
Fell for VC & tech in 2018 during my time at GR Capital, where I worked on deals like Lime, Sennder & Meero. In 2020, I joined Roosh Ventures as the first hire and helped build the fund from the ground up - shaping our investment strategy, culture, and internal processes. Since then, I’ve backed 25+ startups across the US & Europe, including Oura, Jump, Cresta, Alma, Vitract, Jome, Kobalt Labs, and Upstream. I lead sourcing at Roosh Ventures, focusing on pre-seed and seed-stage companies with global ambition. On the side, I angel invest (Input Soft was my first) and mentor a few early-stage teams each year — mostly Ukrainian founders — helping them find early traction, structure their fundraising, and stress-test ideas. I have a background in physics and economics (MIPT + KSE). Outside of work, I’m into Dota 2, DJing, and collecting old vinyls.
