About Adam Hayet

I am an FP & A leader who has spent the past nine years making science, operations, and finance speak the same language. At BridgeBio’s Gene Therapy division, I partnered closely with Clinical and Technical Operations teams to stay grounded in what was actually happening instead of what lived in a spreadsheet. My role was to understand the work as it was happening and shape it into financial guidance that teams could trust.I led forecasting, scenario planning, and operational modeling for programs in early development. What I enjoyed most was the close partnership with Clinical and Tech Ops leaders, breaking down assumptions, refining models, and building the visibility needed for real decision making. Finance works best when it is truly part of the operation rather than observing from the outside.I also served as the finance partner to the Gene Therapy Leadership Team, strengthening accruals, improving resource planning, and creating models that helped leaders understand tradeoffs across clinical and operational activities. My focus was always on clarity, alignment, and giving teams the information they needed to execute well.
