About Adam Helms

I am passionate about people, communication, and creating meaningful change. With a background in communication and psychology, I thrive in spaces where learning, innovation, and collaboration come together. I am driven by curiosity - whether it's understanding human behavior, optimizing processes, or developing strategies that make a real difference. I enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams where diverse perspectives shape new ideas and solutions. My professional journey has taken me through consultancy, project management, automation, HR, and nonprofit work, but the common thread has always been learning and development - both for individuals and organizations. I am motivated by fostering growth, and building bridges between people, technology, and strategy.
