As Vice President of The Amity Group, Inc, I help Hospice agencies across the U.S. strengthen their teams, streamline their documentation, and scale with confidence. Alongside my wife and co-founder, Shelley Henry, RN, we’ve built Amity from a regional Hospice staffing firm into a national leader in Hospice Nurse support, compliance, and technology. Through our tools, including the TAGstaff™ app, DAHN app™, and the TagBag™ ~ we are redefining what’s possible in Hospice operations. Whether helping Hospice agencies get audit-ready with our Chart Audit Division or supplying them with local, experienced Hospice Nurses, we remain focused on one goal: supporting the Nurses who make Hospice work. I’m a hands-on leader with a clear vision and guided by a solid work ethic. I’ve negotiated international manufacturing during global shutdowns, bootstrapped growth through innovation, and continue to lead Amity’s expansion with a mindset rooted in resilience, service, and long-term value creation.
