I enjoy a varied role within the team at Grosvenor Consultancy Ltd, using my industry knowledge and experience to provide technical expertise to our team of directors / advisers whilst also helping to review, maintain and improve our ongoing advice proposition. Essentially my role is to support the smooth running and efficiency of the business and helping our advice team to provide the best outcomes for our clients. I also provide ongoing technical paraplanning support to 2 of our directors, help to manage and develop our employees and am a participating member of the Grosvenor Investment Committee.I have over 18 years experience in financial services and have enjoyed success both within my own sales performance and through training and managing others. I have strong technical knowledge and a good long term track record of meeting targets, providing compliant advice and dealing with complex financial arrangements in the mass market and high net worth arenas. I have a passion for holistic financial planning and a particular interest in Inheritance Tax Planning, Investments and Pension advice.I am a Chartered Financial Planner, hold the IFS Diploma for Financial Advisers (Level 4), the CII Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 6), the Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice and have achieved the highest qualification awarded by the CII, Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society. I have also completed the CFA UK Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and the FE Analytics Certification program.
