About Adam Howell

Every role I have held over the course of my career has been a first for each organization thus far. Never before had the role existed until I was selected to fill them. I have had a unique opportunity, each time, to serve as a positive agent of change and growth for each organization I have served. I have gained progressive leadership experience through each role and possess the innate ability to collaborate and coordinate across diverse teams to tackle challenging initiatives. I have 16 years of professional experience through business/campaign development, government/public affairs activities, and transportation/mobility capital planning & prioritization efforts where I use my 'plan-gineer' technical background, paired with my ability to serve as a global thinker - which drives me to work with teams to draw new connections and solutions across complex topics designed to benefit the greater good. I have been recognized by peers and mentors alike that my authenticity is one of my greatest strengths. I use that strength to connect with people and help the group approach challenges with creative critical thinking of how group input, data and technology can be utilized through positive partnerships, making the world a better place for future generations.
