I provide legal and corporate governance services across Qube’s corporate and operating divisions. Legal services include commercial tendering and contract negotiation, competition (anti-trust), regulatory compliance advice and regulator interaction, M&A and joint ventures, disputes and litigation and IP protection and enforcement. Company secretarial and corporate governance duties include meeting Qube’s legal, regulatory and compliance requirements, arranging meetings and advising the Board and its committees. Over 10 years' post-qualification experience, with broad exposure to a mix of corporate, commercial, property, insolvency and litigation work. 6 years' of in-house experience with resources and logistics companies built on many years of private practice corporate and commercial work, acting for clients in the logistics, resources, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and aviation industries, advising on supply and distribution agreements, joint ventures, M&A, corporate governance, regulatory, transactional, trade practices and corporate restructuring matters. Experienced in deal structuring, analysing legal and regulatory risk, drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary transactional documentation, joint venture and logistics and resources-related agreements.
