About Adam James

I’m a real estate investor and coach who helps clients achieve financial independence through real estate investing using the sharing economy. Leveraging my bachelor’s degree in Finance, master’s degree in Financial Engineering, and 15 years of experience in property acquisition, management, investing, and flipping, I’m now teaching the methods I’ve used to build a solid passive income stream. I’m committed to giving back to my community in as many ways as possible because my entire life has been shaped by the village that raised me. I have led many initiatives to improve life in my communities, including missionary service, building schools and orphanages, founding a tax preparation service for low-income individuals, mentoring at-risk youth, and even founding a school to further transform their lives. I also developed a criminal justice reform project because I’m committed to opening opportunities for at-risk members of the community. Along the way, I discovered that hard work and a good education didn't translate into the results I wanted for my life and career, so I invested in personal and professional development and learned how to change my paradigm to break out the unhealthy cycle I was in. I discovered integrity and impact and learned that I was fully responsible for creating the outcomes I wanted in my life. Armed with this knowledge, I began sharing it with others and watched transformational change in the lives of over 500 people I taught. My next project was to address inequity issues resulting from low-income urban food deserts, which led me to becoming a founding partner of a hydroponic farming initiative. Of course, since real estate has always been a key component of wealth creation, that became my next area of focus. I started purchasing and renovating homes to create lease options for families who don’t qualify for traditional financing.
