About Adam Kelty

Whenever I start something, I put myself in full force. Before starting college I had a strong interest in pursuing a medical degree and becoming a physician. To start I found out what it would take, reached out and shadowed several physician for over a hundred hours. I began the next step in college with a biology degree, until a year into the degree at Indiana University. I fell out of love with medicine, discovering business as my true passion. I immediately switched gears and within a summer and a semester, I had caught myself up to where I needed to be. I love to have a game plan for my life mapped out, always planning the next step. Yet, the beauty of life is never knowing the next step. The same goes for business. The situation can change at a moments notice and almost always does. Throughout my life I have found it easier to change gears when I am innovative and ready to adapt at a moments notice. My only task is to read, learn and practice to make those moments easier.
