Over the years, I have expanded my knowledge through my formal education and professional experience. Here are some of my key achievements in my career- Increased CLV by 7%, on average, by being a first point of contact for concerns, questions and inquiries about our products and services - Collaborated cross-functionally with multiple teams to increase product performance by 19% for key products - Coordinated with and provided feedback on creative assets and copy, ensuring our brand voice was consistent and served our clients I am hungry to learn more and I am always on the lookout for new opportunities to continue my education. Whether it is certifications, networking events or literature, marketing remains an ever-growing field where there is so much to explore. In my spare time, I design conceptual advertising campaigns for a variety of different brands. Also, I blog about relevant topics in marketing and advertising while providing my personal opinions.
