About Adam Kraft

I’ve spent the last 10+ years turning ideas into software that people actually use, leading product and growth at a SaaS startup, scaling it from a scrappy prototype to 30K+ monthly active users and $2M+ ARR. I’m a hands-on product leader who thrives in the messy middle, from clarifying vision and shaping roadmap to refining onboarding, optimizing pricing, and running experiments that drive activation, upgrades, and LTV. I’ve led cross-functional teams, built internal AI enhanced processes to 10x marketing output, and rebuilt our UX to scale from MVP to maturity. Before that, I managed IT systems at a $1B bank, ran a freelance web business, and designed tools used by thousands in direct sales. Underneath it all is a builder’s mindset, user empathy, and a bias for clarity, iteration, and outcomes. Outside of work: dad of 3, chai drinker, salsa dancer, and partner to a high school Spanish teacher. Let’s connect if you’re building something useful and need someone to help make it grow.
