As a Partner at Deloitte — the world’s largest professional services firm — I have had the privilege of leading and developing high-performing global teams, most recently within Alternative Delivery Models, Business Operations, Corporate Real Estate, and Shared Services. My passion for delivery optimization and continuous improvement drives me to create tangible impact for both Deloitte and our clients, resulting in enhanced service quality, operational efficiencies, and stronger customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Currently, I lead Deloitte's Global Shared Services function ('CoRe'), overseeing a diverse team of ~2,500 professionals worldwide. Our mission is to deliver world-class, high-impact, and value-added services — from contact centers and procurement to research & insights, creative services, knowledge management, digital innovation, and more — that enable member firms, geographies and practitioners to solve our clients' most pressing challenges. With a 20+ year career spanning Corporate Strategy Consulting, executive leadership in a global luxury hotel brand, and a six-year transformation of Deloitte Canada's operations and enabling service model, I have developed a unique blend of strategic foresight and operational execution. My industry experience spans public sector, financial services, travel and hospitality, transportation, and retail — providing me with a truly global and cross-sector perspective within industry & professional services. I am honored to have been recognized as one of Deloitte's "Most Inspirational Partners" and to be a multi-year recipient of Deloitte’s Global Partner Recognition Program, which celebrates exceptional contributions to the firm’s strategy and values.
