I am a Registered Psychotherapist, CAS, RPT, and ADS, with a mission both grounded and rooted in a deep understanding of human struggle and the pursuit of meaningful change. My journey is one of discipline, responsibility, and relentless dedication to confronting the darkness of addiction, anxiety, and trauma. I recognize that these struggles are rarely simple problems. They are complex manifestations of deeper chaos, often arising from the conditions and tribulations we face. Grounded in this ethos, I aim to challenge and inspire clients, not by sugarcoating their reality, but by offering them a path to confront their fears, explore the root causes of their behavior, and redefine their lives with meaning and purpose. My practice is a sanctuary for men and women dealing with the unspoken burdens of self-doubt, spiritual disorientation, or entrenched self-defeating habits. It’s a place where we engage in honest conversations and where intervention can be powerful, directed, and effective.
