I’m a nonprofit leader, educator, and systems builder with 10+ years of experience helping mission-driven organizations grow their programs, strengthen operations, and deepen their community impact. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: executive leadership, program design, operations, events, partnerships, fundraising, and more. I’ve helped design and launch initiatives nationwide, secured over $1M in new funding, led org-wide strategy and DEIA efforts, guided nonprofits through periods of rapid growth and restructuring, and designed arts and literacy programs that reached thousands of youth and educators. At the heart of it all, I care most about creating spaces where people and communities can thrive, especially those too often left out. I bring a deep commitment to equity, collaboration, and sustainable impact, and I’m passionate about work that blends strategy with purpose. I'm at my best when I’m helping teams tackle big challenges and turn big ideas into real-world results.
