With little more than a "cracked" version of Photoshop 6 and an eye for what I thought looked good, I began making posters for local bands in 2002. In 2005 I went back to school, but no matter what I was studying, be it marketing, public relations, or journalism, I always gravitated toward the layout-and-design side of things. So much so that I spend nearly three years doing page layout for the local newspaper after graduation. While I've continued to do freelance design & illustration over the years, for the last 10 of them I've also worked in sign shops, taking projects from initial concept to fabrication and installation.
