Created custom tracking software for anode management, combined with operational strategies saving millions of dollars in annual operating costs and increasing final product quality. Experienced implementing sustainable strategic solutions that move an operation from being reactive to proactive. Budget Management: Responsible to set, manage and maintain a large OPEX and CAPEX budgets which also includes all maintenance costs. Responsible to budget and create scope of work with detailed plans on operational and capital projects. Required to develop business case for required funds outside of budget cycle and develop controls to minimize financial risk. Computers, Systems and Process: Proficient with full office suite. Lean six sigma green belt certified, helped to create the quality management system for ISO 9001, trained ISO 9001 lead auditor and a leader in process technology. Utilized various process data and business systems including (but not limited to) excel, PI, coresight, power BI, Forms, CAPAR, SharePoint, Degreed and SAP. Trained control room operator on DeltaV systems – useful for troubleshooting process upsets using available data. Very technically inclined and data driven.
