Background

About Adam MacAluso

I was the Lead Instructional Designer for a company who builds the software for entertainment centers like Bowling Alleys, Arcades, Theaters, and focused on Trampoline Parks. My love of education led me to teaching Math. My love of games led me to realize their relevance in learning. I obtained my second Masters Degree to incorporate the Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, and Education Technology into formal-learning and professional-training environments. My skills with interpreting & translating between technical & complex topics to social & personal learners has made me an accomplished Instructional Designer. I have a passion for the learning and progress of video games in this competitive market, and my experience in breaking down the tools, abilities, and rules of every game I've ever played grant me the propensity to work together with others to make the most of all game mechanics. I have experience designing learning environments as games, and deeply designing an educational RPG with multiple LMSs in multiple mediums.
