I am driven to problem solve, eliminate inefficiencies, improve workflow and operations, and earn capital. I enjoy mentoring and teaching others and strive to cultivate and lead teams that create winning strategies. I possess the drive to develop staff and help other employees reach their full potential for the benefit of the organization. It’s important for me to contribute my: Results-oriented and adaptable work ethic; Leadership and understanding around Asset Acquisition and Divestiture (A&D); Significant analytical and research abilities. I aim to drive productivity and make a difference to the company’s bottom line through cost reduction and process improvements.
