With 15 years of experience in IT, I am the Manager of Service Operations for all Canadian Managed Services clients for OnX. I manage a team of specialists delivering high-quality, reliable, and secure services to our clients across various sectors. We provide Help Desk, NOC, and DC support, for multiple clients. My background includes data center and infrastructure operations, and End User Support. With strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, I am continuously aiming to optimize performance, efficiency, quality of services, and client security. I am passionate about delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and the industry. I value collaboration and continuous improvement, and I seek to empower our team and clients with the best tools and practices.
