I am currently at position of Engineering Director, continuing my Leadership path in building multi-functional engineering teams working on technology and new products introduction for aviation industry. Acting globally, I know the specifics of international cooperation in complex, multicultural environment. My leading style is based on ability to create great atmosphere in the workplace, promoting the transparency as well as openness and trust. I do believe a strong organization like a strong team should be built based on the strengths of all members. My Top Five strengths according to Gallup StrengthFinder are: Ideation, Restorative, Achiever, Strategic and Learner. I am always keen on acquiring new experience and skills, and implementing already gained ones in any current or future assignment and organization.
