About Adam Munro

With over 14 years of experience in Ontario’s hospitality and beverage alcohol industry, I’ve built my career around a passion for craft beer and the communities that support it. From managing iconic restaurants to leading sales and distribution teams, I’ve developed a deep, hands-on understanding of how great beer moves from brewhouse to barstool. I’ve held progressive roles across the industry—Bar Manager, AGM, Events Coordinator, Sales Rep, Sales Manager, and now Director of Sales & Distribution. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of representing some of Ontario’s most respected and forward-thinking craft breweries, helping to grow their presence across competitive on- and off-premise markets. My approach blends operational experience with strategic sales leadership. I thrive in fast-paced, relationship-driven environments where brand storytelling, education, and execution all play a role in success. Whether I’m building sales strategies, mentoring teams, coordinating events, or forging partnerships & collaborations, I focus on driving value—for both the brands I represent and the customers I serve. At the core, I’m passionate about craft beer culture and committed to supporting the industry’s continued growth through authentic partnerships, education, and a shared love for quality and innovation.
