As a Management Trainee at Cintas, I am rotating through sales, service, and production to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations. I have experience in engaging in prospecting, lead generation, and account management to drive revenue growth, managing client relationships, overseeing deliveries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction, and implementing operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. I also have a background in human resources, having worked as a Human Resource Associate at Pickering College, where I managed remote communication and relationship-building with candidates and internal teams, conducted high-volume resume screening and virtual interviews, led career fair recruitment efforts, designed and implemented an employee recognition and service award program, analyzed survey data to provide insights that informed HR strategies, and performed full employee file audits. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Management at Dalhousie University, majoring in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and I have a Certificate of Marketing Communications. I am passionate about learning new skills, solving problems, and contributing to the success of the organizations I work for.
