Having worked in multiple industries, I have found a commonality in how superior service is delivered to the customer. During my career, I have sought to understand our end-user. From that understanding, I have been able to determine how my organization's strengths pair with the needs of the customer. It has been a consultative approach that has fostered long-term relationships and aided in business retention. I bring a curiosity to my work environments to discover how all roles of the organization work together. This has helped to encourage a comprehensive approach in serving the customer, while employees deepen their own understanding as to how their contributions are meaningful. I enjoy researching the details within my organization and solving puzzles. This can include finding financial improvements, streamlining services, or better leveraging employee talents.
