About Adam Nowaczewski

Adam has 8 years of experience in FP & A. He started his career in finance working as BI Analyst. He was responsible for process transition from UK to Poland on an independent business trip. He has experience working with data warehouse using VBA, SQL, and Python. After two years he moved to Financial Control taking position of Financial Controller. He was working with financial statement ensuring data integrity. In 2019 he had been qualified to Talent Program as one of 35 out of nearly 1500 employees. Program lasted one year and was focused on strategic projects connected with process automation and reskilling for the executive management team. He developed project management skills through cooperating with senior leaders. He is also Excel internal trainer. He moved to JTI GBS Poland taking position of FP & A Systems Expert. He was responsible for FP & A systems. He cooperated with corporate FP & A team, working with financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. He has been promoted to Team Leader role after only 10 months, managing and developing a team of 7 during transition and go-live phase and after another year to Manager role. He helped develop and pilot mentoring program in JTI GBS. He then moved to FP & A Manager in Bunge in IT Finance global function, now continues his journey in Discovery as an FP & A Manager leading a team of 4 taking care of personnel costs in technology. Recently he transferred to Sonova as a Group FP & A Senior Manager Financial Planning Systems.
