Working toward a better pharmaceutical industry is the goal. Currently, providing consultation for hospice and palliative care patients to nurses and providers to streamline and optimize their medication regimens with the unique demands for end of life care. I’ve worked in many settings in sales with retail pharmacy and clinical remote Telepharmacy for primary care providers, neurology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology at Geisinger Health System. I have helped lead programs initiated an antimicrobial stewardship for remote UTI management in the emergency department and outpatient care to reduce hospitalization costs via ED visits to our health system. I also co-operated with presentations from our in clinic opioid pharmacist to further engage our team in the telephonic management of pain to assist their visits. Finally, handling prior authorization determination and adjustment based on PBM and formulary guideline skills. Highly versed in 340B and Medicare Part B&D guidelines and audits.I see a mass shift in the medical field flush with opportunity in blockchain technology implementation, genomic revolution of medicine, and placing the pharmacist as a key in the clinical data forefront is my goal.In my spare time I run my own podcast on investing in various types of assets mostly stocks and cryptographic assets.
