I've spent my career analyzing and assisting organizations/administrations in becoming healthy and growing. My pedigree spans 30+ years of training and professional experience with tenures ranging at startups to the Fortune 500. My latest venture is a management consulting firm founded in 2014. I began this consultancy to create an impact that I couldn't do in my previous roles. A more profound and deeper impact that reaches below conventional tactics and strategies, extending to the development of a healthy core with growth as a consequence rather than a distant hope. For my clients, I’ve been a first resort, last resort, and everything in between. My practices are unconventional, yet develop distinct capabilities that produce long-term and stable growth. To ensure the quality of service delivered, I only work with a small number of clients each year who have problems that atomistic approaches can't resolve.
