Background
About Adam Packer
I enjoy engaging in complex problem solving and needing to approach issues in a non-standard way. Making a mistake and solving the problem isn't the end of the growing process. Those mistakes are moments in which we are able to grow, learn, or potentially recognize opportunity. Understanding that and moving forward with that is the hardest part of the process. At mid to late career for myself I want to be working within a single or with multiple departments of a business in identifying current or future issues and creating plans of action to solve them prior to becoming major hindrances to productivity.
