About Adam Poling

Throughout my career I’ve been in many different roles and I’ve built a very broad skill set. Most of the employers I've worked with have considered me a "Jack of All Trades". I’ve had the opportunity to work in many different areas of software development on the business end and within IT. Although I have gained a lot of experience and skills with a variety of systems and applications, I believe the key factor to most of my successes has been my ability and drive to build strong relationships. I’ve had the opportunity to work with some extremely talented teams and I’ve found what motivates me the most is helping others do great work. I’m always looking for opportunities and ways to improve processes. I am a huge advocate of Agile/LEAN and not just from a software development perspective. Some of the core values of Agile (Customer Collaboration/Transparency, Change Adaptability, and Valuing People over Process/Tools) can be applied to nearly any aspect of doing business and I carry it with me wherever I go.
